Acceptance

By creating an account or using Holistic Surfing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not Medical Advice

Holistic Surfing is a wellness and habit tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content in the app — including AI coach suggestions, nutrition estimates, organ clock guidance, and cycle insights — is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified health professional before changing your diet, exercise, or health practices, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.

Health and Safety

Some practices the app helps you track carry inherent risk, including cold exposure (ice baths), heat exposure (sauna), breath work, and physical exercise. Do not practice them if you have a condition that makes them unsafe, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Cycle tracking is not a contraceptive method and must not be relied on to prevent or achieve pregnancy. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it to you (and to people you explicitly share it with) in order to operate the service.

Third-Party Services

Features that rely on third-party services (such as nutrition databases, AI providers, or your own AI API key) are subject to those providers' terms. If you connect your own API key, you are responsible for the charges and terms of that provider. Food search and barcode nutrition data are powered by the fatsecret Platform API; by using these features you also accept the FatSecret Platform API Terms of Use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or guidance is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MERIDIAN ALCHEMY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for personal injury arising from practices you choose to undertake, in connection with your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
