G-PULSE MICROCURRENT
A gentler current.
A clearer practice.
Get to know the probe, the technique, and what to expect from your microcurrent skincare practice.
Two contact points. One gentle glide.
THE INTENTION
Small currents.
Realistic expectations.
G-Pulse is a microcurrent program used with a compatible device and a twin-sphere handpiece. It applies a very small electrical current through the area between the two contact points.
A cosmetic practice
Microcurrent is used with the aim of improving the appearance of skin firmness and fine lines. Any visible change may be subtle or temporary; results vary.
A gentler approach
The technique uses conductive gel, light contact, and slow movement. Strong sensation is not the goal, and pain does not mean better results.
Research on home facial devices is limited and device-specific. This guide does not establish that G-Pulse builds collagen or delivers lasting lifting. Read the evidence and sources ↗
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Make sure this
practice fits you.
Read your device's current manual and have a qualified professional confirm the program, accessory, placement, and schedule for you.
Manufacturer's precautions ↗Pause here if any of these apply
Do not use during pregnancy or with a cardiac pacemaker. If you have another implanted electronic device, a seizure history, a heart condition, or a recent facial procedure, get advice from your clinician and device manufacturer before use.
Avoid broken, swollen, infected, or inflamed skin and areas with cancerous lesions. Do not use this cosmetic guide to treat unexplained pain or a medical condition.
LEARN BY EXPLORING
Find the gentle rhythm.
Choose a moment in the practice. Rotate the model to see how the two heads work together.
Simplified illustration, not an anatomical treatment map. The colored path shows the connection, not the depth or strength of a current.
Begin with the right setup.
With output off, confirm the approved probe and lead connection in your manual. The Phoenix course describes grey leads on channel 1 or 3; verify this for your exact model. Clean the skin and apply manufacturer-approved, water-soluble conductive gel.
Select the G-Pulse program your provider has specified. Never substitute a muscle-training program.
Keep at least this distance from the eyeball, following the course's G-Trode guidance.
Keep clear of sensitive areas.
Never pass across the eyes, bridge the lips, or use on the front or sides of the neck. Only use placements approved for your device and for you.
YOUR PRACTICE CHECKLIST
Comfort leads
the way.
This checklist follows the course's gentle-contact technique. Your device manual and professional guidance take priority.
-
Confirm, cleanse, connect.
Check your suitability, device, program, and approved accessory. With output off, connect as directed. Start with clean, intact skin.
-
Keep the skin conductive.
Apply the manufacturer's water-soluble conductive gel. Avoid oil-based products. Maintain moisture throughout; pause output before reapplying gel.
-
Start very low.
Place both heads on the same continuous skin area. Start at the lowest setting your manual specifies and increase only as directed and comfortable. Little or no sensation can be normal.
-
Move gently over a small area.
Use light pressure and slow circular or back-and-forth movements. Keep both heads in contact. Follow your provider's duration and frequency; there is no universal setting or session length.
-
Stop for discomfort. Finish with care.
If you feel pain, burning, persistent prickling, dizziness, or unusual symptoms, stop. Do not push through. Stop output before lifting the probe; clean and store it according to the manual. Seek medical advice for persistent symptoms.

GOOD QUESTIONS
Less guessing.
More understanding.
Should I feel a strong tingling?
No. The course notes that microcurrent may produce little or no sensation. Do not chase a stronger feeling. If you feel discomfort, stop and check the setup, gel, and instructions before continuing.
Which intensity and timing should I use?
Use the settings and schedule for your exact device, program, and professional plan. The course handouts contain different intensity and timing suggestions, so this overview deliberately avoids a universal number.
Can I use my regular facial oil?
Use only the conductive medium approved by your device manufacturer. The course recommends a water-soluble conductive gel and advises against oil-based gels. Skincare oil is not a substitute.
Is this the same as a lifting treatment?
G-Pulse is presented as a cosmetic microcurrent practice. Evidence from other facial devices cannot prove the same results for this program. It is not a replacement for medical care or an assurance of permanent lifting, collagen production, or wrinkle removal.
Can I learn this with someone?
Yes. Book a Holistic Surfing consultation to discuss your goals and the questions to bring to your qualified provider. Medical suitability and device-specific instructions should come from that provider and the manufacturer.
